They offer IP-based CCTV systems with strategic camera placement and real-time monitoring, as well as access control solutions for guest rooms and elevators integrated with the check-in/out system. Additional services include IP-PBX and analog telephone system installation, server room and IT backbone setup with cooling, cabling, and environmental monitoring, and smart room integration with automated thermostats, motion sensors, and unified controls for lighting, curtains, and HVAC.
